Tilda - Naughty or Nice?

Here's little Tilda, she's only four years old, but she's not taking any chances with Santa this year. Sometimes naughty, most the times nice, she's just making sure Santa knows she's on her best behavior. Maybe this is just a bribe, but probably she's just being the kind, generous little girl she usually is. Anyhow, Santa looks pleased at her gesture so I'm sure she's made a big impression.

Kept this easel card simple for a 4-yr-old. Used Liquid Applique for Santa's trim and beard. Heated the LA to plump up his beard but left his trim smooth and added a little white pom pom to his cap. MS punch snowflakes are heat embossed with my new favorite Zing red glitter EP and I used the JustRite stamps (font and sentiment) on a Nestie fancy label.. Copic-colored, please forgive, I'm still experimenting, and framed with this beautiful ribbon from RRR. I got my new photo tent setup this weekend so am trying to use that to take my pics. I'm going to have to do some fiddling around, another learning curve - oh my! But that's what it's all about. Of course, now my dining room table is useless for anything else. I wonder how long before someone starts complaining?

  1. Ok Sue, did you make that bow freehand or did you use one of those bow-maker-thingies (technical name I'm sure!)? Because it is perfect!!!
Great card...she will love it...and I agree, best to cover all your bases as far as Santa is concerned! ;)
