I thought I'd join the Squigglefly Blog Challenge this week because I've become a big fan of their designs. There's something for everyone and every occasion and I love browsing through the store's gallery. This week's challenge is to make a card using only a Squigglefly sentiment. Only problem for me was that there are so many to choose from. However, I felt that Christmas would be most appropriate for the week preceding Thanksgiving so that's what I used. Besides, I still had a few cards I had to finish so this gave me the opportunity to do double duty. I sprayed some gold Smooch Spritz on the Nestie-cut sentiment and the white sheer ribbon I had in my stash, then used Crystal Effects to adhere tiny 2mm pearls to the flourish lines on the image. I attached the ribbon to an MS lace border punch cutout, and added some Prima poinsettias and baby pearls to the centers. The paper comes from the BG Wassail collection, stunning papers!
